Cases against Yeddyurappa

Modi claimed that there was only one minor case against Yeddyurappa however former CM's own affidavit filed as reported by ADR tells a different story: 9 criminal cases and multiple charges of Cheating (IPC Sec 420), Forgery (Sec 468) and breach of trust (Sec 406). Is it decriminalization of politics a la BJP??
